Our Philosophy on Reiki Healing
At Soothing Souls Reiki, we believe that the power to heal comes from within, and as Reiki Masters, we help to attune you to Reiki energy, awaken your third eye, and facilitate the healing power within you. We are a channel for the life force energy that is around and within us all. All you need is to be open minded and allow the life force energy to do its work. Our life's goal is to heal the world one person at a time.
The Reiki Master we trained under was old school and believed you should take only one level of Reiki, per year. His method gave us time to go through spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical clearing. It took time to meditate on the symbols and learn to work with and integrate the new, more powerful energies. In an age where most people want instant enlightenment, it is our view that learning Reiki requires time and commitment. That being said, the best way to find out if Reiki is right for you is to start with a healing. Let Reiki prove itself to you.

My name is Carl and I have been working with Reiki healing and teaching for over 20 years. As part of my journey, I have worked with clients battling addiction, North American indigenous and shamanistic teachings, and Gnostic studies of science, philosophy, religion, and art. I incorporate everything that I have learned on my path, in my practice. Reiki has helped me find a deeper meaning to my existence and greater purpose in life. Reiki is a way of life - guiding life force energy to enhance my own life and the lives that I touch.

My name is Barb, I'd been searching for wholeness for over 40 years. My journey has been filled with blessings and challenges that have resulted in significant personal growth. One blessing was when I was pregnant with our daughter and I had my first Reiki healing. After the healing, my perspective on life opened in a whole new way. During my years of training, I realized that Reiki was both spiritual and physical in nature. Clients often tell me about significant changes in their life that could be traced back to a Reiki healing. I consider myself a humble servant to those that are drawn to my Reiki table. I honour the call of our higher beings!

We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment and 48 hours before a class. If you don’t give us the respective 24 or 48 hour notice you will be required to pay for your next appointment or class in advance.
